The FZ212 high-precision portable Leeb hardness tester is a new and outstanding hardness testing instrument. It incorporates the essence of the company's core technology upgrades and renovations over the years, achieving exceptional stability and accuracy.

This instrument is capable of accurately measuring different plates and processed components. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in monitoring various pipes and pressure vessels within production equipment, tracking their degree of thinning due to corrosion over time. Its applications are extensive, spanning multiple industries including petroleum, chemical manufacturing, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, and aerospace.

The rapid thermal analysis technology for cast iron furnaces measures the solidification temperature curve during the formation process of cast iron structures. A computer analyzes this curve to identify characteristic points corresponding to different compositions. Based on these points, various properties of the molten iron are calculated, including carbon equivalent (CE%), carbon content (C%), silicon content (Si%), manganese content (Mn%), spheroidization rate (SG%), and tensile strength (RM). The thermal analyzer takes approximately 1 minute and 40 seconds to complete its detection, which aligns with the waiting time for the molten iron. Subsequently, the composition of the molten iron is adjusted based on the automatically calculated amounts of carburizer, ferrosilicon, and scrap steel. Once the optimal composition is achieved, pouring is performed.
