Compared with traditional contact thermometers, it has the advantages of fast temperature response, high accuracy, no contact, and no consumables. It is widely used in chemical industry, environmental testing, heating and refrigeration, non-destructive testing and other industries.
The rapid temperature measurement thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of molten steel and high-temperature molten metal. It is a disposable consumable thermocouple. Its working principle is based on the thermoelectric effect of metal, using the temperature difference generated at both ends of the thermocouple to electrically measure the temperature of molten steel and high molten metal. The fast thermocouple is mainly composed of a temperature measuring head and a large paper tube. The couple head mainly has positive and negative couple wires welded to the compensation wire. The compensation wire is embedded in the bracket. The bracket is covered with a small paper tube. The couple wires are supported and protected by quartz. An anti-slag cap is installed on the outside, and all components are put into the mud head and bonded into a whole body with refractory filler. It cannot be disassembled, so it is a one-time use.
As a professional laboratory analytical instrument, the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer has many features, including the ability to test more than 70 elements, fast test speed, and low detection limit. Not only has the instrument configuration been optimized and upgraded in terms of solid-state RF power efficiency and instrument status monitoring functions, but the software has also integrated audit tracking, flame video display, and direct display of sample results when tracing samples. The instrument stability and convenient software operation are closer to customer use, giving customers a better experience. The whole machine has a high degree of automation and intelligence, and the software operation is simple and easy to learn.
