Electrical working principle: The electrical control principle of this test machine is to use digital integrated circuits. The bending angle of the test machine is shaped and divided by the photoelectric pulse obtained from the high-speed shaft of the motor, and the angle is counted and displayed continuously. When the working disk of the test machine rotates to the set angle, the brake motor is powered off and stops rotating through circuit control.
Electrical control panel settings: The electrical control panel is equipped with inching positive bending, inching negative bending, automatic positive bending, automatic negative bending buttons, emergency stop button, reset keyboard, bending angle display device, automatic positive and negative bending angle setting device, emergency stop switch and power switch.
