Testing instruments and usage methods for cast aluminum (copper) and aluminum alloys (copper alloys).
1: Raw material testing, using a handheld laser spectrometer to detect its content.
2: Before and after melting half of the raw materials in the smelting furnace, their composition is detected using a handheld laser spectrometer or a full spectrum direct reading spectrometer.
3: After adding the alloy, before filling the furnace, use a large screen thermometer to measure its temperature. After sampling, use a full spectrum direct reading spectrometer to measure its content. After passing the test, pour it out of the furnace.
The testing instruments required for casting aluminum (copper) and aluminum alloys (copper alloys) include handheld laser spectrometers, full spectrum direct reading spectrometers, large screen thermometers, and portable hardness testers (according to customer requirements).
